The contemporary room on the side of this house and the single "trip step" hindered pedestrian circulation between rear yard and front yard. |

The "trip step" has been eliminnated by relaying the patio.
Separation from the rear yard and front yard has been accomplished with the addition of a brick wall and wrought iron gate.
